Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Recreation Office or by email to recreation@townofclay.org. REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN ONLY 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF PROGRAM START. After this period, refunds are determined by the program director. If a request for a refund is submitted for medical reasons, you may be asked to provide proof from the treating physician.

Disclaimer: There will be a non-refundable administrative fee for all online transactions. If you choose not to register and pay online by credit card, you may mail in or drop off registration waiver printed from townofclay.org and alternate payment to our office. Please note that your registration will NOT be finalized until payment is received. We will only be accepting Cash, Check or Money Order by mail/in person.
